When you request clinician review, MEDCO+ processes the contact detail you provide, your selected service, your questionnaire answers, the notice version and submission time.
The information is used to route your request to the contracted clinical care provider for assessment and communication. It is not used by the website to diagnose, prescribe or make an automated treatment decision. It is not sold.
The website validates and securely forwards the submission to the clinical provider. It is not designed to retain the questionnaire in the website layer. The clinical provider controls access, clinical record retention and deletion according to its legal obligations.
You may decline to submit the form. To request access, correction, restriction or other applicable data rights, or to ask which clinical provider will receive your information, contact hello@medcoplus.uk. You may also complain to the UK Information Commissioner.
Live intake must remain disabled until the clinical provider's legal identity and privacy notice, controller/processor roles, retention periods, international transfers, ICO details and complaint route have been inserted and approved.
